100th Anniversary of Shackleton September 2021
We are finally live and open for business and we cannot be more pleased with the timing.
This month September 2021 marks 100 years since Shackleton’s final expedition and we could not be more proud to open our online store to you with a special blend of coffee dedicated to the Boss himself in celebration of his amazing life.
In September 1921 the expedition vessel the Quest left Plymouth on what would have been Shackleton’s final voyage.
The mission was to map still uncharted coastal regions of Antarctica while conducting various projects of scientific discovery and experimentation to gauge the environmental impact on the world’s fifth-largest continent.
But he died of a heart attack near the islands of South Georgia before reaching the White Continent.
Just like Shackleton’s commitment to exploration and discovery, so our commitment stands for you our community.
For every bag of coffee, your purchase from our online store we will donate 10% of the retail price to the curiosity fund to assist others in perusing their expeditions.
